1. Payments

  • Payment Methods: Payments for all products and services on the Made for Authors website are processed securely through WooPayments/Stripe, depending on the method you select at checkout.
  • Currency: All prices are listed and charged in USD (United States Dollar).
  • Sales Tax: Residents of Canada will be charged sales tax at checkout based on applicable federal and provincial rates.

2. No Refunds on Ebook Covers

  • Premade and Custom Ebook Covers: Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on ebook covers, whether they are premade or custom designs. Once you purchase an ebook cover, the sale is considered final.
  • Non-Customized Premade Covers: This no-refund policy also applies to premade ebook covers that have not yet been customized. Once purchased, the ebook cover is considered yours and may no longer be resold to other customers.

3. Refunds on Optional Addons

  • Print Book Covers and Other Addons: Refunds for optional addons (e.g., print book covers) may be considered only if no work has been started on them. If design work has already begun, no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Request Timeline

  • Timeframe for Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date. After this period, requests will be evaluated at the sole discretion of the artist, and a refund may not be guaranteed.
